Estimated medical benefits available without EOB
If a claim is submitted without the explanation of benefits, or EOB, GEHA Connection Dental Network will provide an estimate based on the information on hand. This estimate may not be accurate without the FEHB three-digit enrollment code, particularly if the medical benefit pays a variable amount.
While our team is happy to provide an estimate with incomplete information so a claim is not held up, an EOB is necessary to receive the full benefit.
