New features added to the IVR (Interactive Voice Response) phone system

You can now access the following through our IVR system after following the requested phone prompts: Fee schedule fax back, Initial application status, and Location effective date. The IVR system is available for use 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by calling 800.505.8880 and following the provider validation prompts.
