Your Provider Relations Specialist is your liaison to the CONNECTION Dental Network. Please submit any additional information or changes to your information to your Provider Relations Specialist. The CONNECTION Dental Network Provider Relations Department has been developed for you. We want to ensure that your questions, issues and concerns are handled in a prompt and professional manner. Our goal is to build long-lasting relationships with our Participating Dentists so we may continue working together to support the health and well being of our members. All claims should be submitted to the address on the back of the members' identification cards. Please keep in mind that approximately 67 companies utilize the CONNECTION Dental Network to offer a PPO option to their members, and all questions about benefits should be directed to the company that insures the patient. GEHA also uses the CONNECTION Dental Network to provide a PPO option to its own members, and is dedicated to providing high quality dental care choices. GEHA utilizes the network for its supplemental dental plan, CONNECTION Dental Plus. CONNECTION Dental Plus is a stand-alone dental product that is available to all federal employees-whether or not they have GEHA health insurance.
