Participating Dentist Information

Thank you for your participation in the CONNECTION Dental Network, the preferred network of GEHA. We have a Provider Relations Department that will assist you with all aspects of your participation in the network and answer any questions about your Participating Provider Agreement and your Fee Schedule. Your Fee Schedule is a complete listing of the services for which you are offering a discount. Your Provider Relations Specialist is your liaison to the CONNECTION Dental Network. Please submit any additional information or changes to your information to your Provider Relations Specialist. To verify your demographic information in our online directory, go to Find A Dentist and review our directory listing. The CONNECTION Dental Network Provider Relations Department was developed for you. We will handle your questions, issues and concerns in a prompt and professional manner. Our goal is to build long-lasting relationships with our Participating Dentists so we may continue working together to support the health and well-being of our members. All claims should be submitted to the address on the back of the members' identification cards. Please keep in mind that about 80 companies use the CONNECTION Dental Network to offer a PPO option to their members, and all questions about benefits and claims should be directed to the company that insures the patient. If you have any questions about the companies that utilize the network, please contact us to request a client list.

GEHA also uses the CONNECTION Dental Network to provide a PPO option to its own members, and is dedicated to providing high-quality dental care choices. GEHA uses the network for its two federal dental plans: Connection Dental Federal, a comprehensive dental plan offered to all federal employees as part of the FEDVIP program; and CONNECTION Dental Plus, a supplemental dental plan that is a stand-alone dental product. Both dental plans are available to all federal employees--whether or not they have GEHA health insurance. Through our partnerships with a number of businesses working in the dental community, GEHA offers our Participating Dentists a number of discounts. After they join our network, Participating Dentists can take advantage of these discounts through our Rewards Program.
