CONNECTION Dental Network Overview

We have been busy during the first quarter of 2008 meeting the demands and needs of our dental providers. We received more than 1,800 new applications and welcomed more than 3,000 new providers to the Connection Dental Network.

To increase the size of the Connection Dental Network, we have worked to increase member nominations of providers. Results show a 25% increase in provider nominations over the prior quarter. Also during last quarter, Connection Dental Network simplified our part of our credentialing process. When new dentists are approved, letters are systematically generated in an overnight process. When the update is complete, we receive an email notifying us we can print the letters and labels. This new process has increased staff productivity and efficiency.

We continue to move forward with the implementation of our CONNECTION Dental Rewards Program to show our gratitude to Connection Dental . Our CONNECTION Dental Rewards Program now includes:

• Enviro-Tech - All CONNECTION Dental Network participating providers may receive a free spore testing kit and a 10% discount off any additional spore testing kits ordered from Enviro-Tech. As you know, spore test kits assist you in verifying that a sterilizer is working properly, and the ADA and CDC recommend that sterilizers are tested weekly.
• National Electronics Attachments (NEA) - NEA offers all CONNECTION Dental participating providers 50% off its $200 registration packet, which includes software, installation and training. NEA's product called FastAttachT gives dentists the ability to electronically transmit x-rays, perio charts, intraoral photos, EOB's and any other information that may be required by insurance carriers to support electronic claims submissions. Additionally, FastAttachT Plus, a new service, enables selected peers of dentists to view attachments.
• Staples Business Advantage (Staples) - We have recently entered into an agreement with Staples to offer discounts of up to 90% on office supplies to our participating providers.
