CONNECTION Dental Network was founded in 1996 and now has more than 47,000 Participating Dentists in more than 102,000 locations, practicing in all 50 states and the United States territories. Our Participating Dentists provide services for over 20 million covered lives. Dentists who join CONNECTION Dental Network agree to a fee-for-service reimbursement schedule and are offered prompt claims payment and directed business. Government Employees Health Association Inc. (GEHA), a leading health plan, serving federal employees and retirees for over 75 years, owns and operates the CONNECTION Dental Network. GEHA uses its CONNECTION Dental Network in conjunction with its own health plan and two dental plans: GEHA Connection Dental Federal, which is offered to all federal employees on an annual basis during open health plan elections; and Connection Dental Plus, a supplemental dental plan that is available to federal employees throughout the year.

GEHA is a not-for-profit membership association that offers health and dental insurance options to more than 9 million federal employees, retirees and their dependents. GEHA is the second largest insurer of its kind and pays more than $1.3 billion in claims each year. Our Provider Relations Department is staffed to assist you and your office personnel with any network issue or payment questions you may have. Our goal is to resolve 95% of provider our provider's issues within two business days or less.

Quick Claims Turnaround
We require that all payors' reimbursements be made to your office in an accurate and timely manner. In fact, 80% of all GEHA claims are reimbursed within 12 working days of receipt.
