The CONNECTION Dental Network now has more than 30,000 Participating Dentists in more than 45,000 locations practicing in all 50 states and provides services for over 1 million covered lives. We are not an HMO or capitated plan or network. Dentists who join CONNECTION Dental Network agree to a fee-for-service reimbursement schedule. Founded in 1937, GEHA is a not-for-profit membership association providing health and dental insurance to federal employees, retirees and their dependents. GEHA is the second largest insurer of its kind and pays more than $1.3 billion in claims each year. Our Provider Relations Department is staffed to assist you and your office personnel with any network issue or payment questions you may have. Our goal is to answer 90% of provider our provider's questions within 2 business days or less.

Quick Claims Turnaround

We require that all payors' reimbursements be made to your office in an accurate and timely manner. In fact, 80% of all GEHA claims are reimbursed within 11 working days of receipt.
